Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Heavy Equipment team in Toronto. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the Parts & Service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Partner with the HR team to hire, onboard, and support new team members
  • Establish and monitor branch goals, sales, expenses, and inventory to maintain gross profit and margin goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns and issues
  • Actively assess and pursue new business opportunities to drive parts and service development
  • Participate in training and industry events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Service, Parts, or Branch Manager role in an industrial, heavy equipment, or related environment
  • Previous responsibility for a P&L and demonstrated ability to achieve results
  • Advanced experience using MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Experience using work order/inventory management software
  • Experience creating and implementing plans that lead the team towards achieving growth
  • Experience building and developing teams and strong customer relationships
