Job Summary:

The Security Site Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard a high-profile commercial tower in Downtown Core. This includes leading and managing a skilled security team to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security strategies to protect the commercial tower
  • Lead and manage a security team to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Complete training and development for new and existing staff
  • Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and other security technologies to identify and respond to potential threats
  • Enforce rules, regulations, and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews for staff
  • Collaborate with property management and external stakeholders to address security concerns
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a commercial tower
  • Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a senior security management role
  • Degree or college diploma in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data in business meetings
