Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at Dayforce Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and document solutions to meet business needs.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve work problems.
  • Plan and manage budgets for projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in business systems implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems, including Kronos, Salesforce, and SQL.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
