Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our retail store. Your leadership will ensure a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
  • Authorize and manage payment transactions.
  • Oversee the ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
  • Handle merchandise returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
  • Engage with customers to sell products and provide excellent service.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring you remain active and engaged throughout your shift.

Experience

We are looking for candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a retail environment.
