Job Summary

Toparo is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cloud Infrastructure Design

Assess the current infrastructure and create a migration plan and business value assessment for transitioning to Microsoft Azure.

Cloud Adoption Framework

Conduct Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) workshops for customers and provide guidance on best practices for implementing and managing cloud-based solutions.

Cloud Infrastructure Solutions

Architect and design cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services, including landing zone design.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and develop and implement best practices for managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of cloud solutions and evaluate new technologies and offer recommendations for improvements to existing infrastructure.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting and designing cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security, and experience using Azure Migrate for assessments and migrations.

Automation and Scripting

Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, ARM templates, TerraForm, Bicep, Fabric, and other tools.

Networking

Strong knowledge of networking, including virtual networks, VPNs, and firewalls.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework

In-depth understanding of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.

Communication and Collaboration

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
