Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Identify and address contractual and regulatory issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements - Junior Inspector:

  • University degree or College diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements - Senior Inspector:

  • 3-5 years of experience in structural, watermain, asphalt, and/or grade inspection.
  • Previous experience as a Construction Inspector on at least two projects.
  • Registered as EIT or P. Eng. with the PEO or OACETT designation.
