About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Shiny Clean House. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes and properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to prevent dust buildup
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our clients
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to our clients
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our clients
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 30 to 40 hours per week of work
