About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Coordinator at Sparkle K Cleaning Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Legal ability to work in Canada.
