Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of AIops Product to lead the design, implementation, and management of our AIops solutions. As a key member of our team, you will drive the product strategy for AIops and be involved in building products from conception to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with technology teams, business units, and operations to identify opportunities and translate them into a product enhancement roadmap.
  • Drive product requirements definition, product planning, and product design, including writing PRDs, of new features and enhancements.
  • Understand business issues and decompose them into measurable data or AI requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the expansion of the product line with enhanced/new capabilities and potentially into new client segments and geographic markets.
  • Align product strategy and user experience to design measurable metrics and drive adoption.
  • Communicate product and service benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge and a proven record of success in building and managing AI products and solutions.
  • Ability to lead the delivery of significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative.
  • Experience managing delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client's goals in mind and integrating feedback from clients and team members.
  • Ability to act as the product owner, providing end-to-end oversight of the product in partnership with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Skilled at facilitating and enabling others to work in new and different ways.
