About the Role

SE Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brantford. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Utilize a client-centered approach to address clients' needs and goals
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Reliable, flexible, and self-directed professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
