Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address identified needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
