Job Title: Real Estate Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at Alpha Commercial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve team goals
  • Advise senior management on business strategies and operations
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a real estate or property management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
