Job Summary:

The Car Wash Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all cleaning staff are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Inspect the car wash facility regularly to ensure that it meets our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with payroll processing.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a cleaning or maintenance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
