About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.
