Work Site Environment

The work site environment is outdoors, with exposure to organic farming, tree and orchard fruit, and fast-paced conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Pack fruits and vegetables
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Sort fruits and vegetables
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Weeding
  • Clean work area
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
