Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Work Environment:

The Assistant Store Manager will work in a rural area, remote location, convenience store, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.

Transportation/Travel Information:

The Assistant Store Manager will be required to have their own transportation and own vehicle.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
