The Manufacturing Operator plays a crucial role in the production of solid oral dosage forms, utilizing specialized machinery to convert raw materials into finished products, adhering to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production areas and equipment for ingredient weighing and manufacturing in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Execute all manufacturing processes including weighing, mixing, granulation, drying, compression, encapsulation, and embedding.
  • Conduct precise weighing of materials.
  • Perform SAP transactions as required.
  • Carry out in-process testing (weight, hardness, thickness, disintegration, LOD, etc.) to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain accurate production records, document processes, perform counts, calculate yields, and account for rejected quantities.
  • Clean equipment and production areas as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of work instructions.
  • Provide training to new team members when needed.
  • Adhere to current safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Proficient mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift and move barrels of raw materials weighing up to 50 Kg.
  • Capability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 Kg.
