Retail Store Manager

At MH 4 CANNABIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring efficient store operations.
