About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as housekeeping, food preparation, and medication management
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in community health and support
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • First Aid Certificate and immunization records
  • Criminal record check and tuberculosis test
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
