About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Superior Insulation. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' buildings are properly insulated to meet their energy efficiency needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select the appropriate type of insulation required for each project
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Apply waterproofing cement or other materials over insulating materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • Basic security clearance
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
