Key Responsibilities:
Nurses are tasked with delivering care that addresses the comprehensive needs of patients. They evaluate health conditions, create and execute nursing care strategies, initiate and administer medical and nursing interventions, and engage in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
Availability and Incentives:
Nurses are required to be available for a minimum of two shifts out of three, including one weekend every two weeks. Additional incentives may be offered for availability across multiple service centers.

Qualifications: Must hold membership with the Quebec Order of Nurses.
