Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative and program management support to the HR department. This entry-level role will partner with various HR leaders to track the status of key initiatives, document action items, schedule meetings, follow up with initiative owners, and prepare/distribute meeting materials.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Support the VP, People and Culture by scheduling team meetings and events, preparing meeting agendas and materials, and documenting and communicating action items.
- Program Management: Oversee the HR program/project spreadsheet, track due dates, and follow up with initiative owners for updates.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including calendar management, document preparation, file maintenance, and expense processing.
- Vendor Management: Partner with Vendor Management and Accounts Payable teams to create purchase orders and process invoices.
- New Hire Onboarding: Assist with collecting new hire paperwork and uploading to Workday profiles.
- Workday Transactions: Assist the Corporate HRBP with Workday transactions.
- Employment Verification: Draft employment verification letters.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, takes initiative, and works well with others.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).
