Requirements
- Must be a registered member in good standing with the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec;
- Must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.), a Bachelor of Pharmacy, or an equivalent qualification;
- A Master's degree in pharmacy or relevant experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred;
- Must be or be willing to become an associated clinician;
- Hospital pharmacists may participate in the preparation of medical aid kits for end-of-life care.
