Key Responsibilities:- Assemble pneumatic systems according to clients' job folders, which may include valve stacking, fitting installation, reading and pulling orders, labeling product, and testing product.
- Perform final test of finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work with sales teams to develop new projects and improve existing processes.
- Participate in continual process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipment.
- Responsible to keep work area clean and orderly.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in inventory control and organization.
- Back up shipping department to provide support when needed.
- Follow all quality processes and procedures as established by Client.
- Experience assembling mechanical products.
- Ability to read basic blueprints.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and automation products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
