Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble pneumatic systems according to clients' job folders, which may include valve stacking, fitting installation, reading and pulling orders, labeling product, and testing product.
  • Perform final test of finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Work with sales teams to develop new projects and improve existing processes.
  • Participate in continual process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipment.
  • Responsible to keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Assist in inventory control and organization.
  • Back up shipping department to provide support when needed.
  • Follow all quality processes and procedures as established by Client.
Requirements:
  • Experience assembling mechanical products.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems and automation products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
