Opportunity Overview: Marketing & Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Marketing & Communications Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in administrative tasks along with a keen interest in marketing strategies.

Primary Duties:

  • Support Client Service teams and Brokers in preparing client presentations and proposals
  • Develop templates and essential documents adhering to branding standards
  • Organize and facilitate online presentations
  • Carry out additional administrative responsibilities as required

Qualifications for Success:

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Skilled in MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and online collaboration tools such as Teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple tasks
