We are seeking a certified sea kayak guide to lead guided tours of Victoria Harbour. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 2-hour and 3-hour guided tours of Victoria Harbour
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the experience
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment before and after tours
- Demonstrate proficiency in kayaking techniques and environmental knowledge
- Work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functionality
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols at all times
