Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, appliances, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of food quantities used and assist in stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Food Handling: Use manual and electrical appliances to prepare food, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
Qualifications
