**Lead Manager, Financial Operations**
**Position Overview**

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is in search of a Lead Manager, Financial Operations

We are looking for a committed Lead Manager, Financial Operations to join our Financial Planning Team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your financial expertise within our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct all corporate finance activities and foster strategic business collaborations for VCHA.
  • Supervise the management of corporate funds and ensure financial integrity, encompassing investments, liquidity management, and oversight of financial statements.
  • Evaluate business proposals, cultivate and sustain business relationships, and assist the organization in executing corporate strategies and regional capital projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a recognized professional accounting qualification or a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in a senior financial planning capacity within a multifaceted healthcare setting.

Competencies:

  • Proven ability to creatively address complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Expertise in financial strategy, cost management, and funding.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
