Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated finance team, setting clear goals that align with our strategic objectives.
- Financial Operations Management: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring meticulous handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing.
- Strategic Financial Oversight: Participate in key strategic decisions as a member of the management team, leading annual budget preparations, engaging in financial forecasting, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
- System and Compliance Management: Oversee financial systems to ensure reliability and security, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and fiscal reporting requirements.
- CPA designation or equivalent experience in financial management.
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience and supervisory experience.
- Accounting experience within the non-profit sector is preferred, but not necessary.
- Exceptional communication, inter-personal skills.
- Strong team leadership skills.
