Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BC Ltd dba Pizza Factory. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and serving procedures to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
