We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Interwest Restaurants Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
