About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at SUBWAY ST-EUSTACHE. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability: Availability to work 38 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
