About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Omkar Restaurant Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Food Order Management

Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Inventory Management and Control

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling stock to prevent waste and minimize losses.

Work Scheduling and Planning

Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of service quality.

Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size and Structure

Supervise and manage a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
