Optical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and customers
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed
- Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment
