About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Home Hardware. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing expert advice on merchandise and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
