About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Sander Geophysics Ltd. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Aircraft Systems: Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft systems to identify any defects or malfunctions, and perform repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Aircraft Mechanical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems on our aircraft, including engines, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company standards.
  • Document Maintenance Activities: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and certifications.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, with a college or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid AME «M» Licence - Aircraft, and any other relevant certifications.
  • Language and Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to noise, heights, confined spaces, and all weather conditions.
