Job Title: Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Lawrence Meat Production Plant. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment, including conveyor systems and electrical controls.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, including hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and cranes, to move and position machinery and equipment.
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Supervise and train other workers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
