Training Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Training Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics
- Meet or exceed personal and store metrics, including sales and customer engagement goals
- Flex personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results
- Develop and maintain product knowledge skills, including current collections and competitor analysis
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador at all times, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand's values and mission
- Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, including flexible scheduling and workload adjustments
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Knowledge of cash register systems and ability to operate them efficiently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons
- Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, including reaching, bending, and climbing ladders/stairs/step-stools
