Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our growing Property Large Loss team. This position entails managing complex commercial property claims across multiple sectors, including Commercial Property, Energy, and Equipment Breakdown.
Key Duties:
- Oversee and resolve large-scale and complex commercial property claims
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to evaluate damages and verify coverage
- Provide mentorship and support to team members in effective claims management
- Ensure exceptional customer service for clients and stakeholders
- Engage in negotiations and participate in settlement discussions
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving circumstances and demonstrate agility
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in managing large commercial property claims
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal standards
- Degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Compensation:
$81,000 - $XXX,XXX
