About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient-focused services, including injections and immunizations, as deemed eligible and appropriate.
  • Provide professional advice and dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products to ensure excellent customer service and maximize customer loyalty.
  • Support the dispensary inventory level within prescribed guidelines through accurate perpetual inventory records, including narcotics.
  • Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation as necessary by various Colleges of Pharmacy, drug plans, and Rexall programs and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • University degree combined with a valid Provincial Pharmacy license.
  • Strong customer/patient satisfaction orientation.
  • Ability to achieve results in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Ability to maintain the optimum balance between the profession of pharmacy and business of pharmacy.
  • Ability to work efficiently as a member of a fast-paced team.
