Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000

Job Description:

At Toptierreps, we are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hearing healthcare services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive audiological assessments, providing expert care, and ensuring ongoing support to meet our clients' evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough audiological evaluations and assessments to identify clients' hearing needs
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and provide informed recommendations to clients
  3. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring personalized care and recommending post-care solutions
  4. Collaborate with our team to support clients and handle inbound inquiries

Qualifications:

  1. Registration with CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario) in good standing
  2. Proficiency in hearing healthcare products and services, with experience in diagnostics and dispensing
  3. Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing professional rapport with clients and team members
  4. Strong discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, and compassion
