Job Title: Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Ever Better Building Maintenance Ltd. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and staff
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
