Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team at LEADWAVE. This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance and support for computer systems, networks, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide hands-on support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, along with Microsoft Server environments.
  3. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, ensuring seamless connectivity with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, including mobile device configurations and email migrations.
  4. Administer Microsoft Active Directory for user account management and support.
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  6. Work independently in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
  7. Utilize personal transportation for on-site support as needed.
  8. Apply knowledge of basic networking principles and IP addressing.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
