We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at 1153404 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for various construction projects.
  • Design and Layout: Create accurate layouts in compliance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools and equipment.
  • Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Tendering and Quoting: Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for construction projects.
  • Construction and Installation: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fitting and Installation: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
  • Cost Estimation and Management: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
