About the Role

FALCON SECURITY SERVICES is seeking a skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection and Repair: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Electronic Equipment Testing and Maintenance: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify any faults or defects.
  • Component Replacement and Repair: Replace or repair defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Circuit and Component Fault Diagnosis: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed.
  • System Testing and Adjustment: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and ensure that all systems are operating within specified parameters.
  • Equipment Calibration and Alignment: Calibrate products using hand tools and ensure that all equipment is properly aligned and functioning within specified parameters.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and prepare cost estimates as required.
  • Team Leadership and Support: Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
