Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Client Tech Analyst to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Smart Client Implementation Team, you will be responsible for migrating our customers to the Smart Client deployment method of our V10 software. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the V10 software and its various components, including RDP connections, printers, and payroll integration.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless migration of customers to the Smart Client deployment method.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to schedule installs and address any concerns or technical issues.
  • Participate in internal reviews to identify potential problems and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records in Cornerstone to track each install.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software applications through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Computer degree and 2+ years of industry experience required.
  • Strong technical expertise in computer hardware, software, and networking, including MS Windows Server and Client operating systems.
  • CompTIA+ certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to manage conflict and prioritize tasks effectively.
