Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paradise Hill Gas Station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that the store is adequately staffed to meet customer needs.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform management decisions and improve store performance.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 30 to 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
