We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Wildpine Residence Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
- Participate in activities and programs designed to promote residents' physical and mental well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
