About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Shab Finishing Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing rubble and debris.
  • Concrete and Asphalt Work: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Supporting Tasks: Assist medical examiners, level earth to fine grade specifications, and clean up chemical spills.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with a physically demanding work environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity and flexibility are required.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and flexibility are essential.
Work Conditions
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
