Job Summary

Chacha G Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the upkeep of construction equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job, providing opportunities for skill development and growth.
